If the art piece is damaged on your end by not following the care and instructions included with the piece, it is completely at the fault of the purchaser. We are not responsible for any damage done by your inability to follow the listed rules. We are not responsible for damage done to the art by accidents such as dropping the art, incorrect hanging of the art, poor location for displaying the art or anything for which we have no control.​​

If the art piece is damaged by the carrier during shipping, please take a photo of the damaged box and the damage on the art piece and notify me within 24 hours of receiving the item. If the damage is not too extensive and you still wish to keep the art, we will offer a partial refund. If the damage is severe, we will have you return the item and discuss a full refund.

​6 month free repair policy: If you have followed the care and instructions included with your art, yet you observe a piece of the art has changed in some form, please notify me immediately. Nature is organic and may have unpredictable flaws. Because of this, I will repair the nature pieces free of charge up to 6 months after you receive the art. I will require a photo of the part; if it is abnormal, you will be responsible to carefully pack and ship the art piece to me. I will fix the problem and return the piece free of charge. This is not to deter you or cause you to question the value of my art. I have had art pieces for well over a year and they remain fully intact and beautiful. This is just a guarantee on YOUR end for YOUR peace of mind.​ This guarantee is in relation to the nature pieces used in the art; NOT the canvas or hardware.
