Return Policy

All Sales Final

If the art piece is damaged by the carrier during shipping, please take a photo of the damaged box and the damage on the art piece and notify me within 24 hours of receiving the item. If the damage is not too extensive and you still wish to keep the art, we will offer a partial refund. If the damage is severe, we will have you return the item and discuss a full refund. If the art piece is damaged on your end by not following the care policy, it is completely at the fault of the purchaser. We are not responsible for any damage done by your inability to follow the listed rules. We are not responsible for damage done to the art by accidents such as dropping the art, incorrect hanging of the art, poor location for displaying the art or anything for which we have no control.

Care Policy

Each nature piece is handcrafted with a mix of art mediums and natural materials. To preserve its beauty and longevity, please follow these care guidelines:

Environment & Display

Avoid direct sunlight: Prolonged UV exposure can cause colors and botanicals to fade over time. Display in indirect or filtered light.

Keep dry: The artwork is sealed with protective varnish, acrylic sealer or wax, but it should not be exposed to high humidity, steam or water. Avoid hanging in bathrooms, patios or near humidifiers.
Stable temperature: Store and display at normal room temperature; avoid extreme heat or cold which can cause cracking or warping of the wood.
Avoid outdoor display.
Be aware of protruding natural materials: When displaying pieces with natural materials that protrude off the canvas, please be aware of high traffic areas, young children and pets.

Handling

Handle with clean, dry hands to prevent transferring oils or dirt to the surface.
Feeling the natural textures is encouraged to fully experience the art, but do so with care. Though preserved with a hard finish, some pieces are still delicate and could break or tear if handled roughly.
Always support the artwork from underneath when moving it; do not lift by the hanging wire alone.

Cleaning

Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a feather duster; be careful of snags that could potentially tear or break the natural material.
Do not use cleaning sprays, water or solvents on the surface.
For deeper crevices or textured areas, use a soft artist's brush to gently remove dust.

Long-Term Care

Avoid leaning anything against the artwork's surface, as some natural materials do protrude from the canvas.
If framing, use a floating frame or shadow box to allow air circulation and prevent pressure on raised textures.

Artist's Note

All artworks are original nature mixed media creations. Natural materials such as botanicals may undergo slight color shifts over the years, which are part of their organic character and not considered defects. Sometimes I color-enhance or color-change the pieces to fit the art; sometimes i leave them natural to fade as part of the art.

Either way, proper care and display will ensure your artwork remains beautiful for many years.
